Schedule your one-time HVAC tune-up for just $129*, and Sanders Heating & Cooling will donate warm clothing to families in need through our partnership with Greer Community Ministries. Tune-ups taking place in November and December, will help to ensure warmth for all this season. Let’s come together to warm our community!

***Disclaimer:The one-time tune-up is priced at $129 per system. This offer applies to tune-ups completed between November 1st and December 30th. For every completed tune-up, Sanders will donate one warm clothing item per system. Items donated will be based on the greatest need at the time.
Our Inspection Process
Our 12-Point Cooling System Inspection
-Calibrate and level thermostat
-Clean filters as needed
-Monitor volts and amps on fan motor
-Flush/treat condensation drain with anti-algae
-Inspect condenser coil
-Monitor operating pressure of refrigerant
-Inspect safety devices for proper operation
-Test and inspect contacts for burning and pitting
-Test and inspect capacitors
-Inspect fan blade
-Monitor compressor for proper amps/voltage and wiring connection
-Inspect service valves for proper operation
Our 10-Point Heating System Inspection
-Heat exchanger analysis with high-definition camera
-Check and test all safety limits
-Check and test all controls and test for CO levels
-Check the air filter
-Check and test all flue and vent piping
-Check thermostat for proper calibration
-Check blow motor and all components
-Check all gas components
-Check and clean pilot tubing and burners
-Check ignition for proper burning of flame
